I know most people will just go with the agent or manager’s recommendations, but my manager has quoted the following: $390 + GST for first 11 hours; (any further cleaning is $35 + GST); $110 + GST for professional carpet steam clean; $260 + GST for upholstery cleaning (apartment was furnished). Adding all that together is pretty much 3/4ths of my bond. Can anyone recommend a service they were satisfied with so I don’t get reamed up my ass over this?
