Hey guys, Question for you all. Has anyone worked for Aida Group -sales/marketing (door to door stuff for mostly charities). My partner has been with them for about 3 months and I think he’s being taken for a ride and beibg exploited. He’s a young guy (20) who hasn’t had much experience outside of retail and if a bit naive. He’s currently working 6 days a week at least 11hrs a day. Apparently they do 2hrs in the office of a morning before going out to the field and selling stuff, then go back to the office for end of day processing before going home. It’s all commission based. But the commission structure doesn’t seem to match up to pay cheques. He seems happy enough but this job seems to rob him of any work life balance.
