I keep to myself a lot of the time but am also looking for more of a ‘home’ than just a house, where everyone gets along with each other and treats the place and each other with respect. My budget is flexible depending on the place, my ideal price would be around $160, max would be around $200-220 if it really ticks every possible box for me. Here are the basic aspects of what I’m looking for in a place: – Close to UQ, or fast easy access to UQ (20-30 mins max travel time). So anywhere close to a busway stop like Holland Park, Greenslopes, Buranda etc would be great.
