I wanted concert tickets for a concert in the Netherlands that sold out in a few minutes when it first went on sale. I had no chance of getting them initially, but I was excited to see them on Viagogo and immediately bought them there. Contrary to what the media has said about Viagogo, the tickets were very reasonably priced and only slightly above the initial face value of the tickets and the Viagogo fee wasn’t excessive. I am however slightly worried that I’ll never actually receive the tickets as promised or that the venue will reject the tickets. Does anyone have any experience with tickets they’ve bought on Viagogo before? Any good experiences?
