The title said itself. More background: I’m a typical international student, 20 years old, male, come from a country in Asia, studying at QUT for almost a year. Had a shitty part-time job as a waiter in one of my country restaurant. The wage is terrible, barely afford daily live, and now I’m looking for a change. I just finished my barista course, but I know there is far way from being accepted as an actual barista. Just wonder, where to start? Look for everything I could on Gumtree and SunQLD, didn’t really help. Do you guys have any suggestion? Or tips for international student? I hope I don’t violate any rule on this sub.
