Hi guys 🙂 I am looking to share my apartment with someone in Kangaroo Point after my ex boyfriend has just moved out. The room is medium sized and will obviously be clean and empty when you move in – in the process of removing everything and cleaning but took a photo to show size. It has 2 built in cupboards so heaps of storage. I can send photos on request. I have Optus internet(around 15Mbps down so pretty decent) and electricity which we will split, the water is free. There is one bathroom with bath/shower shared with one female(myself). I do my makeup etc in my room so I won’t take much time in bathroom 🙂 Loungeroom has basic furniture couch etc, haven’t set up a TV cos I have it in my room but you’re welcome to set yours up in lounge.
