Australian Olympic patriarch Kevan Gosper has endorsed John Coates to continue as president of the Australian Olympic Committee while rueing the harm done to the Olympic movement by the campaign to replace him with businesswoman Danni Roche. Gosper also said it was essential that Coates patch up his feud with Australian Sports Commission chairman John Wylie.
