Hotel recommendations with views of Ekka fireworks.
Hoping to surprise my partner with a night or two at a hotel (rather than staying with family) when we visit Brisbane in August. Was hoping to be able to view the Ekka fireworks from the hotel if possible. Any recommendations for good places to stay that could accommodate this? Bearing in mind of course some hotels would have views on only one side of their building so I would need to request it. Can be in the CBD or valley.
