Hi Brisbanites- best Honda/CVT mechanic that won't charge an arm and leg?

Have a 2003 Honda Jazz, which I think is having problems with its CVT transmission (on take-off it shakes for 1-2 seconds). It’s long due for a major service also. Trying to see if anyone has experience with this, before I give up and go to a Honda shop with a $2000 chunk out of the wallet. Thanks in advance submitted by /u/Sandoness [link] [comments]

Best place to buy a good quality suitcase?

Where’s the best place in Brisbane to get a good quality, albeit affordable suitcase? Just need a big one that will accommodate me for two months overseas. I bought one from Big W previously but I’ve thrown that out because it’s broken already and it was shit quality. Anybody know of any particular shops I should be looking in? I don’t want to spend too much. Under $200 preferably. submitted by /u/bean_bird [link] [comments]

I made a RPG but I don't have any beta testers. Would anyone like to try a new sci-fi RPG out or point me to where I could find a group?

Backstory I’m a professional in my early 40s and life-long gamer. I was a nerd before nerds were cool and I love running RPGs and creating new worlds for people to have fun in. The game I’ve spent the last year or so creating a new RPG called Singularity. It is set on Earth in the middle of the 22nd Century after humankind has developed strong AI and the AIs were emancipated and became free entities. The Versutai (as the AIs call themselves) were able to bootstrap their intelligence by continuing on research that they had been conducting prior to emancipation until one of them made a mistake. The resulting Anomaly now covers all

This is going to be obscure: grave/memorial of a soldier and his dog – somewhere around Tambourine/O'Reilly's/Springbrook?

Old and obscure and probably gone, but…my aunt was talking about a grave/memorial she used to drive past as a child (~40 years ago) somewhere in that general region. (Which, yeah, I know is a huge swath of space). The only other details she could give me was that it was right next to the road (not off in a rest area/etc), and somewhere relatively “flat” (ie, farmland/acreage housing) rather than going up a hill or mountain. Any ideas, Brisbane? submitted by /u/Ryinth [link] [comments]
