Dear Mr Taylor Thank you for your phone call today requesting planter boxes be installed in King George Square. Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. You may be interested to know that the current design of King George Square was the winning entry from a competition held in 2006. As part of the judging process, Council invited residents and visitors of Brisbane to provide feedback on the competition finalists, whose entries were displayed in the foyer of Brisbane City hall. This feedback was used when choosing the winning design. The brief for the King George Square redesign was for it to serve as a daily meeting place for the community, as well as to accommodate a large number of people comfortably at major events. Aggressive dogs

Happy Friday all, Just wanted to talk about something happened to me today, maybe some others have had a familiar experience. I set out this morning to shoot some hoops down at the park. Walking along foot path came across old lady on a scooter and her 2 mangy junkyard dogs who had no leads. As I got closer, one of the dogs (an old border collie) stepped up in front of me head snarling, teeth showing ready to go toe to toe. Im a reasonably big guy, i’m not going to let some mangy dog make me turn around. I walked past the dog but kept a wide enough distance to stay out of its bite zone. Anyway, all the snarling got the other dog hyped up. Its was much bigger and mangier and it got right up in my face. That’s when I had to get into fight
