Brisbane aviation people (GA), where do I find you in the wild?

Im currently a student pilot and have no plans of going beyond PPL. Is there a community/club/group out there for someone like me? I’d love to meet others to expand my circle and no doubt learn countless amounts of invaluable info.. Sharing a Go Card..?

I’m needing to travel into the CBD every day for the next month, and plan on doing so via train. My sister in law has a student Go Card registered in her name, with a considerable balance and has offered it to me for next few weeks. Do you Halloween?

Hi Brisbane! I’ve recently moved back to Brisbane after spending 5 years in Sydney. I lived in Redfern (central Sydney) last Halloween, and for the first time we decorated our house for the kids, both big and small. We had a great turn out, although we were one of only a few on the street that really made an effort. I wondering if this year it’s worth the effort. Does Brisbane do Halloween? Do you have kids? Do you take them out? Do you decorate and offer lollies? I know plently of adults use it as an excuse to have parties. But it was so, so much fun to decorate and scare/entertain the kids.
