Modified 4WDs – this is nuts!!

I need an education. Wheres the logic is building a car specifically to handle off road, and then drive it on the road Dont get me wrong – I understand the passion and love seeing people take pride of their vehicles. BUT some of these rigs are getting stupid and most of them have a ton of defects on them So whats the go? I really worry about when one of these cars has a accident with something other than a tree. They attach massive bull bars and then lift the vehicle so that the bullbar fits perfectly into the driver side window of another car. These things will just decapitate anybody it hits Anyway, that’s my rant. What options are available for my girlfriend and renewing her visa?

I met a girl 4 months ago who was on a study visa and her visa is expiring soon which is hopefully going to be renewed as she is continuing her study. However I’m trying to figure out what my options are if for some reason it gets denied or for the future as the renewal will only be 6 months due to the cost. I’m aware of the work visa which as she has a degree in accounting could be a great option if she can find something, however what are my other options if that doesn’t work? It seems de facto is not an option as you have to live together for 12 months and that won’t be happening for quite a while. Finding an estranged parent; is there a process?

This is harder to write than I expected. Basically, I’m looking to somehow find and make contact with my long lost dad, no “down the road for a pack of smokes, never to return” stories. I’ve heard stories from a relative or two over the years about him shifting around in western QLD and BNE for the better part of my life but they were always skint on actual details. The guy would be ~72 at present, so I’m not looking to give him a heart attack or anything but I figure that if I’m ever going to do this, before he dies is probably the best time. Where can I go for a good time?

Alright blokes. Need to take let my misses off her leash and take her out and about for a change but I don’t really know where would be a good start in little Ole Bris. I’ve been to comedy clubs, night clubs, casinos, high end restaurants, eat street. Need some help finding something that every other basic bitch and her friends hasn’t already trashed.
