Hello! I am looking to throw a post-elopement party where people can come and get drunk/noisy and then stay the night (camp). Does anyone know where you can hire a block of land or the likes in the brisbane, south east QLD region? It would be a bonus if a bonfire was allowed. Thanks! submitted by /u/Olivebutt11 [link] [comments]

Is Mt Cootha busy during the river fire fireworks?
Asking because I want to know if it will be s good place to take photos. I don’t want to be a stingy cunt and take up a car park all day. submitted by /u/poopymcfuckoff [link] [comments]
What are great but affordable venues for a 21st birthday party?
For around 50-100 people, anyone have any good experiences with a venue that also has a reasonable price? Would prefer to BYO alcohol and music but not essential. Or if anyone has any other ideas for a 21st for around Brisbane, throw that in too. submitted by /u/tonyrokomua [link] [comments]
Modified 4WDs – this is nuts!!
I need an education. Wheres the logic is building a car specifically to handle off road, and then drive it on the road Dont get me wrong – I understand the passion and love seeing people take pride of their vehicles. BUT some of these rigs are getting stupid and most of them have a ton of defects on them So whats the go? I really worry about when one of these cars has a accident with something other than a tree. They attach massive bull bars and then lift the vehicle so that the bullbar fits perfectly into the driver side window of another car. These things will just decapitate anybody it hits Anyway, that’s my rant. Maybe I’m sour from getting slammed by the police weekly when I had a modified car back in the day submitted by /u/bestneverrest [link] [comments]
