Recommendations to watch some sport locally.

Hi r/Brisbane, I see these at every train station but have never known what they were for. Google has been unhelpful in my endeavours to determine the point of these "exclamation lights". Does anyone here know what they are for? Sorry for poor formatting, on a phone.

Watch the fireworks
Not too sure if this is allowed, just spreading some words for a friend. Theres plenty of seats indoor and outdoor of a glass house food court to watch the firework at tomorrow night. Great location at 123 Eagle St, just above the city cat terminal.
