Looking for the best place to park for few hours in Brisbane cbd on a weekday :)

So I’ve been trying to do my research and I can’t seem to find a spot in the cbd on a weekday am/pm that doesn’t cost more than $5 per hour besides Street parking. I’ve figured out since that Sundays are the best days to go into the city and you can generally get $5 parks at King George sq or Myers… So what do people do on a weekday? Melbourne lad visiting brisbane – Nightlife suggestions

What’s the low down on the club scene? Thursday, friday, saturday, sunday night’s? What’s good? what sort of music is it, how much is entry, dress code? price? Reports flooding in of a Meteorite that apparently 'hit the ocean' near Gladstone, apparently seen as far south as the Sunshine Coast and maybe Brisbane, anyone see anything?

Lots of news sites running stories about it now, apparently a large meteorite went through the sky and out across the ocean at around 8:30pm. Some reports are saying it landed in the ocean. Lots of facebook posts from people feeling tremors and seeing a huge flash of light, some as far down as the Sunshine Coast, anyone see/hear/feel anything? Edit: Times and locations where people saw it are now varying so much, people saying they saw it as far south as Newcastle, time ranging from 6:30 to 8:30. submitted by /u/mynameisck [link] [comments]

An open post to the person who told my friends sister that she "shouldn't cry where everyone can see her" and she should "be more considerate" at (name redacted for privacy) Hospital today.

I know you are probably going through a rough time too. Nobody in that section of the hospital will be having the best time ever. However. Think before you speak. What you can’t see is that she moved into the hallway after becoming overwhelmed and crying at the sight of her dying mother. You can’t see the months of agony and torture her family have been going through watching her mother slowly waste away from the cancer eating her brain. You weren’t there for the trips to the hospital for radiation treatment where she had to be carried or dragged to the car because she didn’t have the strength anymore to stand. You didn’t see that she couldn’t be woken up today for her radiation treatment. You weren’t there when she was moved to palliative care today. Where, upon waking, spoke a garbled mess of nothing.
