/u/YouCanCallMeZen expressed interest in a technically easy but still challenging rock scramble, and Beerwah is an ideal climb for anyone with a reasonable level of fitness. I have climbed this mountain dozens of times and am good friends with the regular climbers who we’re likely to run into on the day, meaning you’ll be in safe hands. Just reply to this thread if you want to join us. Where: Meet at the Mt. Beerwah car park. If enough people come up from BNE we should organize some car pooling. When: Sunday 2 Oct 10am What: Climb Beerwah up the east face route (http://www.thecrag.com/climbing/australia/glasshouse-mountains/route/13462219) and down the tourist track (http://www.thecrag.com/climbing/australia/glasshouse-mountains/route/13462123). BRISBANE DEALER AUCTIONS ARE DISHONEST by providing car offers that are too good to be true to entice you to pay their fees. Then when the too good to be true car is supposedly pulled from auction after paying the fee. They offer cars that are overpriced and even offered me a car that was being sold

Loss of License
Lost my licence due to speeding today. (Thought it was a 70 zone, it was a 60 zone). I’m just wanting to know, if I choose the 3 month suspension or the 1 point for 1 year, will I get all of my points back at the end of this? submitted by /u/emmylee124 [link] [comments]

Speed Camera Vans (QLD) Flash?
Fellow brisbanians! Was driving along the other night, speed limit is 60. I saw the van, and didn’t alter my speed in any way shape or form (I felt I wasn’t speeding.) As I went past the van, I looked down at the speedo, and it said 63. It was pitch black, there was no flash – which made me wonder – do they actually flash nowadays? Or has the tech progressed to the point where they no longer need flash? INB4 shouldn’t be speeding, then you wouldn’t need to worry. – I’m not worried, just curious is all. I wasn’t speeding, or driving recklessly, just trying to quell my curiosity. submitted by /u/Zaaaxx [link] [comments]
