Anyone entering into child care courses and looking for textbooks?

Hi guys, clearing out my garage I found two textbooks that I hope are still required for the first part of the child care course at tafe and looking to hand them off for free to any student who needs them because I know how expensive textbooks can be. Safety, noise, and parking on the 800 block of Light Street.

My wife and I have been trying to move to Baltimore for the last month and things keep getting in the way. About to pull the trigger on a place on the 800 block of light street. I’m a little worried that since it is so busy we will have a harder time parking than if we were closer to riverside ave. That isn’t such a big deal as long as it is safe to walk home from parking 3-4 blocks away. Also, any sense of how noisy that area is?
