I tried to top up my go-card at a newsagent in Morningside. I don’t have a whole lot of money and I just need to get home. Apparently they were charging a 50c card surcharge for anything under a $10 top up. I have been using newsagents for a few years and never come across this before. Owner of my house wants to move back in by December or 'as early as possible' according to our real estate agent. What are my rights?
I know that the contract is a two-way agreement, so does anyone know what I’m entitled to as a tenant? Will they refund the bond automatically as they are technically breaking the lease? I stayed very neutral when I was given the call and I’m yet to call them back with a response. Curtain installation northside
Hello, I just took down all the 20 plus year old verticals in townhouse. I plan in the very short term to use double curtain rods and use sheer white fabric – I am having major sleeping problems (getting up) so this will help reset me – but this is a two person job and I would prefer someone who has done this before – does anyone have any recs?
