Pedestal Fans
Where is a good place to buy a pedestal fan? I mean one that is reasonably priced, reasonably quiet, and is designed to work for > 1 year in a row? I’m sick of buying the (admittedly cheap) kerbside collection fodder from bunnings that seem to jam up if not used for 6 months. My current one is a fancy (but cheap) remote controlled one, but I have to start it like an old WW1 plane – by giving it a good spin as a kickstart. Retailer surcharge for $5 go card top ups ?
I tried to top up my go-card at a newsagent in Morningside. I don’t have a whole lot of money and I just need to get home. Apparently they were charging a 50c card surcharge for anything under a $10 top up. I have been using newsagents for a few years and never come across this before. Is there anyone recommended for home stereo repairs?
Hi r/brisbane, During the storms on Monday night our power flicked on and off a few times quite quickly, and now my stereo is in permanent overload protection mode. I’ve got insurance, but I need a technician to give the insurance company an official letter stating it’s busted. Is there anyone that can recommend someone?
