Where to buy a reliable car in Brisbane for under 2.5k? Please help.

I am in danger in my current location. The lives of myself and my dog have been threatened. I need to get us from here to Newcastle asap. Ideally I would like to take my clothes and sentimental stuff, and have come to the conclusion that driving is probably the most effective way for me to do this. My car is in my abusers name and thus I can’t take it with me. I’ve never bought a car on my own before. I don’t know what I’m looking for or even if you can get a car this cheap. Can you buy Clamato juice anywhere in Brisbane?

I’m from Canada and have been in Brisbane for about 5 weeks. I would love to show some friends what a caesar tastes like, but I can’t find Clamato juice anywhere. I’d also be willing to make it using just clam juice and tomato juice, but I can’t find clam juice either! I’ve checked Coles, IGA, Aldi, and a few of the smaller meat shops and delis in West End, all with no success. I’ve also seen ocanada.com.au but I’d like to buy it in person if I can.
