Places offering free refills in the CBD?

I asked a question like this a couple of months ago about free refills on the south side and got a few responses. however now I’m in need of a place which offers free soft drink refills in the CBD where I could go for an hour or two before/after work a couple times a week. If anyone’s seen or eaten anywhere in the CBD which offers free refills it would be greatly appreciated to save me searching everyone place there. Fluffy @ Family Nightclub

Hookah delivery service

Hi guys, I’ve been living in Brisbane for a couple years now and noticed a lack of hookah bars or delivery services (compared to Sydney where I used to live) and I was just wondering if you guys think that anyone would be interested in a Hookah delivery service around Brisbane.
