Early listing – room available in sharehouse for 12 month lease

So I know this is quite an early listing but thought I’d throw it out and see if anyone wanted to organise a room early! So the room is the master bedroom, has a ceiling fan and air conditioning, 2 walls of windows and lots of light and air. The room is big enough for a king bed + desk + cough + wardrobe + anything else, lots of space! The house is with 2 other housemates, 24 year old male and 33 year old female workers. It’s in Bardon/ edge of Paddington, 2 minutes walk from Bardon central and the 61/375/385 bus stop, 10 minute walk from Paddington Central. Where do you go to cool off?

I lived in Darwin for two years before heading to live here, which I am loving. What I have found surprising are the local pools. Not much of a grassy area and I’m finding just a boring 50m lap pool. In Darwin, there were lots of free pools and water parks.
