Neighbours dog barks all day & is aggressive. Any solutions without starting a rivalry?

Hey all, hope I can get some advice here. I live in a duplex home. My contract says I’m not allowed pets but my neighbours apparently are allowed them and have a Jack Russell type dog that barks all day. It’s not too consistent but will bark from 9 to 10am and anytime after that on and off for a couple of minutes at a time. It’s usually out of no where, unprompted from what I’ve noticed (for example, isn’t triggered by cars, mailmen, etc, just goes at it) My study room has a small patch of gravel outside it’s door where there is a fence that separates the neighbours backyard from mine. Looking to get some landscaping work done… Northside

Hi all, I’m looking to get some landscaping work done around home. Just simple stuff like raising garden beds, planting, mulching and maybe a small amount of fencing.
