Psychiatrist recommendations
Hey all, Not to get too heavy, but about 6-7 years ago I finally decided to try to confront of my mental health problems properly and go to a psychiatrist to discuss things with them. The person I was referred to was, without a doubt, the most offensive person I’ve ever had a professional encounter with. I’ve never felt so humiliated and undermined in all my life, which is new for me because I generally have a fairly thick skin. I didn’t return to him, and I suppose my very poor headspace that I was dealing with at the time meant that the quest to conquer this shit kinda fell by the wayside and I never really got anything addressed. Now I’m doing much better, but am still fighting an uphill battle every day in my head. I really want to go to a psychiatrist again to start the process,

"We're changing Brisbane bus services on December 12" – What exactly is changing?
As someone who heavily relies on bus to get around, I’ve seen a whole bunch of notes at bus stops saying the bus services are changing on the 12th of December and to re-plan your journey Does anyone know if it’s just the timetables changing? Or are the actual bus routes changing? The translink website isn’t very helpful in explaining it, and the ‘future journey planner’ is giving me poor recommendations that won’t get me where I need to be on time submitted by /u/brizburn [link] [comments]
Anyone know what this awful brown sludge is floating in the sea and washing up on the sand? It's was disgusting in Redcliffe yesterday, and it's here on Bribie today 😞

Redcliffe Hospital maternity experiences
Hey! My wife and I are currently looking at what hospital we will be going to for the birth of our first child. We’ve been trying to find people’s experience at hospitals around the north side of Brisbane, however we aren’t having much luck finding any recent reviews for the Redcliffe hospital. Just wondering if anyone has any positive/negative experiences at the Redcliffe hospital specifically relating to child birth they would like to share? PMs welcome. Thanks! 🙂 submitted by /u/huge_in_japan [link] [comments]
