TIFU by continually browsing /r/Brisbane daily threads in a depressed state

Obligatory this didn’t just happen today. Rather, this has been a problem of mine for many months. A few months ago, I posted a comment (since deleted) saying that I would stay away from browsing /r/Brisbane for my own mental wellbeing. In summary, I struggle with major depression, often genuinely wishing I could die, because I hate myself and my life so much. This feeling gets largely exacerbated when I browse our daily threads, because from what I read, everyone’s lives seem so awesome, much more successful than mine, or otherwise so much more self-assured. Unfortunately, when I constantly see this boasting/bragging (humble or not), I compare it to my current life and personal situation and only see failures in myself and my life. This weekend in/around Brisbane
