Non-chain supermarkets in Brisbane?
I’ve been getting quite sick of supporting the Coles/Woolworths duopoly and I feel the same about the other smaller chains like IGA, Aldi, Foodworks, etc. and would much rather support a non-chain supermarket. So are there ANY smaller non-chain supermarkets (full sized ones, not convenience stores) in Brisbane, preferably on the south side or near the CBD, and what are the prices like compared to Woolies or Coles? Hello! Need help finding a job for my significant other (general surgeon) so she can follow me to Brisbane from the US. Do it for love!!
I’ll be moving to Brisbane in July for work for a minimum 2-year assignment. Around the same time my SO (a General Surgeon) will be finishing up her fellowship in Bariatric / Minimally Invasive Surgery. We’ve done a fair bit of research and already started some of the process, specifically registration with the Australian Medical Council and certification of her education credentials. What we really need help with is finding and contacting an actual employer. We’ve looked into a few recruitment agencies, but it’s quite difficult to gauge the quality of these places from a website. Also, there seems to be a catch-22 in that some of these recruiters require the Australia Health Practitioner Registration Agency number, which I don’t think we can get until there’s an actual job offer and we can apply to the Medical Board of Australia. Longshot: Any swingers around here?
Long story short the missus and myself love canoodling about with other women, both together and alone. Brisbane Airport Parking – Airpark
Wonder if anyone has recently parked at the new Airpark carpark at the airport. They currently have a minimum 10 days for $5 a day deal ongoing until sold out. https://airpark.bne.com.au/en/ Wondering if you can game the system, book for 10, pay for 10 and pay $50 but only park for 7.
