Sweet justice! Sometimes the police just happen to be in the right place at the right time :)

Was driving yesterday when a car pulled onto the road from a side street across two lanes and almost right into me. I had to brake hard to avoid them. They didn’t even have their indicators on. Looked in the rearview mirror and there was a police car right behind me. They put their siren and lights on; overtook me; and pulled the numpty over. How do I clean molten rubber off the inside of my windscreen?

So a year ago I left my GPS holder attached to my windscreen all throughout summer, and eventually the heat melted the rubber suction cup onto the glass. What’s left now is a moderately sized clear patch of dried rubber residue, and it’s about time I get it off. What do I do?
