Any vets/ vet nurses/ vet techs out there?
Looking for someone studying or in the field who would be able to answer some questions for me as I’m considering moving into this field. I’ve researched uni’s/Tafe courses but would love to speak to someone with first hand experience rather than someone in the admin office. Thanks! submitted by /u/Perrisimone [link] [comments]

UQ – Bachelor of Computer Science (BSc) – useless units towards it regarding chemistry, physics etc?
I’m attending University next year, either choosing between the QUT IT program and the UQ CS. Regarding the UQ Bachelor of Computer Science (BSc) course, you must take a lot of other units useless to a computer science degree, such a chemistry and biology. I don’t really want to end up doing a degree that I’m stuck doing chemistry related stuff because I’m forced too, when I could be doing other stuff that’s more beneficial and not as time wasting. How long is the interval before you can actually pick your major from the Bachelor of Science program once you start in February? For those of you that have had experience in this program, what are your general thoughts about the course? Any help is very much appreciated! submitted by /u/CeraMixx [link] [comments]
