No deposit home-loans! Pro's/cons/advice?
Currently renting a townhouse from hell. Looking at all options and buying a house is a big one for myself and my partner. However we don’t have 20% saved for a home loan and I’m looking into no deposit home loans, no I don’t want to ask parents to go guarantor. (There are reasons for this) however I want to know our options with no deposit home loans and estimated weekly repayments. Are there free mortgage brokers I could talk to about my options etc? Does anyone have experience/advice/opinions with this field? Place to practice drums?
I used to play drums and loved playing it, but since I am an international studnt, I had to sell my drum kit 4 years ago to pay for my tuition fee. Now I live in a unit and have no drum and no money to buy a new kit. But I really want to rock out those drums again. is there a place like a studio with a drum kit that you can pay to use and practice with? I tried university music room but they only let music students use it (am studying urban planning) those bureaucratic fucks?
