How to get Dental treatment if you are poor but working
Hi. I was wondering if anybody has any suggestions on how to get Dental treatment if you don’t earn much more than is required to eat and pay rent each week, but don’t have a Healthcare Card. I have only recently started working after being on the DSP for 2 years – which turns out was a stupid thing to do because without my healthcare card I am worse off financially (but that’s a rant and not my question) My question is: I have 3 teeth that are now in a fair amount of pain, but I don’t actually have any money to pay for a Dentist. Does anybody know any dentists on the Westside / Ipswich that offer payment plans for emergency treatment? submitted by /u/SoretoothinIpswich [link] [comments]
New years by myself
Hello friends, So this new years im alone, my partner is away on a trip and I don’t really have a great deal of friends or family that can help me here. I also feel as if I could get rather lonely and sad and depressed as things have been a bit rough lately. So to the question, who wants to hang out new years? submitted by /u/Rocky7072 [link] [comments]

Didnt get taxed?
i am under 18 years old, I am working casual. I got paid $480 but didn’t get charged tax. I make well under $18,200 a year but I thought I would get charged tax and then be able to claim at the end of the tax year. Was I meant to get taxed? submitted by /u/Gold_123 [link] [comments]

Leave in conditioner for dogs?
Hi everyone. My puppy has dry itchy skin and the vet recommended we get some leave in conditioner. All the stuff I have found so far is for showing dogs so I would think the perfumes and chems in that would irritate the skin more. The vet is closed over the Xmas/New Year break so I can’t call them to ask. Anyone ever need to buy this around Brisbane? I have tried my local produce shops as well as PetBarn. submitted by /u/slewid [link] [comments]
Anywhere good open New Year's Day?
Back in BNE after a while away and all my usual haunts have become other things. Anyone recommendations for somewhere good to catch-up with people over brunch or lunch that is near the inner city (CBD, West End Gabba, New Farm, etc) that’ll be open on New Years? submitted by /u/stjep [link] [comments]
