Gutter guard recommendation

I saw on the sunshine coast fire danger signs that there is a catastrophic range of danger. Has it ever reached that level in the area?

Single car accident on the Riverside M3 – Southbound
I saw a driver entering the M3 in a dark green sedan at the QUT Gardens Point entrance lose control of his vehicle and pull to the left from the outside lane resulting in them colliding into the barrier – no other cars involved. I was ahead of the car in the centre lane so was unable to stop to check he was okay but did see the car reverse from the barrier. My anxiety is playing up and I was hoping someone could do me a favour…
I’m wanting to rent a car from Budget (just a cheap one overnight) and they obviously list their prices online but I know for a fact that they put a hold on your credit card for a certain amount. I can see on their American website it’s 25% or $200 whichever is more. I guess this is held for like incidentals like if you don’t return it with a full tank of fuel etc. I was hoping someone would be able to call Budget to find out exactly how much they put on hold on your credit card for? Like I said my anxiety is playing up a bit and I could email them but I’m afraid they wouldn’t get back to me before I have to pick up the car on Monday and I just want to make sure I’ve enough money (because if I go there and don’t,
Hotel style sheets, the thick ass ones, where can I buy them?
Looking for somewhere to pick up some boss sheets, bought some 1000 tc cotton elysians from harris scarfe and they are good, but not exactly what I’m after.. I want those really thick ones, think hospitals/ hotels. Suburb recommendation for rental
I am looking at a new job in Brisbane and may need to find a apartment or sharehouse to rent. The job is in Murarrie but they are moving to Eight Mile plains half way through the year, so somewhere nearby would be nice. Could anyone please recommend an area that is nice where I am not likely to be mugged or have my car stolen. Short term accom options? 4-8wks
Heeeeey. Crowd sourcing options here and just wondering if anyone knows of short term accommodation options within ~30min commute of the city area? I don’t want to socialise – just work, study and chillax and I have quiet hobbies. Also, totally not a serial killer. Options are: House sharing: probably not good because there’s a social component to that Serviced apartment: probably need a lease which I wouldn’t be prepared to commit to and wouldn’t want a lease-break situation down the track.
