I heard th school holidays are almost over and I feel bad for you son, but I've got 99 problems and going back to school ain't one. Hit me!
My high school daughter starts back on Wednesday and just got her time table. Wednesday starts with double Sport followed by Japanese then Wednesday afternoon sport elective. WTF?? I pity the kids in her class who are co ordinated as a 2 min noodle. That will be a real hump day. Let us celebrate the end of the school holidays. I’m looking forward to escaping the heat midweek in a cinema without having to share the room with a bunch of kids who haven’t discovered deodorant yet and being able to attend a fire sale at Hyperdome Kmart without the fire brigade being called. Energex planned outage in my street at crucial point in pregnancy – advice needed on generators
Energex are planning an 8 hour interruption to our electricity a week before my babe is due. I’m worried that all the previous weeks worth of frozen meals we’ve prepared will be compromised, so thinking we might need to get a generator for the 500L+ fridge we have and the small bar freezer. Do you think a generator will be necessary, and if so, what size/price are we looking at? I hopefully will be out of the house that day, so it’d only be running those two appliances. What's the screeching sound at Southbank, near Boost/icecream place/suncorp piazza?
