What to do about housemate that was given money for bond cleaner and then disappears?

So I have the receipt / text messages with quote for a bond clean we had booked today with $150 each sent from myself and another housemate to a third housemate who was to be present to let the cleaner in and give them the cash. Said housemate has now blocked me on Facebook and refuses to answer phone calls / texts. Said housemate also still owes money for utilities and has left furniture at the house. Is this a police matter for the money (I’m guessing fraud – have their written agreement for that) and QCAT for the utilities and loss of bond? BCC building approval for a small patio roof – anyone know a good certifier?

My house could definitely use an outdoor area, I’ve looking at installing one in my backyard to improve the value of my house and give me somewhere nice to drink a beer on a hot Saturday afternoon. Last year, I went ahead with this plan and had a builder come out and quote me for such a patio. I was a little concerned that the easement on my property (overland flow & stormwater drain at the back of my land, clear from the location of the patio) would affect the process but reassured me that it was no big deal. He said it might slow the process down slightly, but that since it was away from the patio location, it shouldn’t cost more or cause any dramas. I was happy, paid a deposit and he began the approval process. Fast-forward several weeks and the builder came back to me saying

Are you a mechanic? Know a mechanic? Can you help me out?

I have a problem with my Triton. I am willing to pay someone to help me properly diagnose it on a weekend bit of advice on how to fix it and off you go with some cash. I’m not in the business of ripping anyone off and I’d be pretty dumb to try and rip someone off while they are at my house. So far I know what the problem is but not where it originates. Bad Neighbors, how to deal with them.

My wife and I have lived in our house for about 10 years. One on the houses next to us is a rental and has been rented to a group of people who have noisy parties every friday and saturday night. The street is a small residential street and every time they have a party there are cars parked everywhere, frequently parking us in or making it very difficult to navigate out. The noise is also annoying as it happens often until 1 or 2 in the morning. Watercolour Tattoos in Brisbane

Hey peeps. Long story short, I have a tribal design dragon on my back; had it for almost ten years now. I would like to get it enhanced with a watercolour background.
