Re-imagining Brisbane's transport network

Brendan Roffey – an architectural designer – has produced a website and a video showing his ideas for the redevelopment of a better Brisbane. He’s clearly put a lot of thought and work into this. It reminds me (in a small way) of the concept of the futuristic Forest City in Malaysia with its three layers of transport infrastructure, green pedestrian spaces and buildings. Personally I’d rather see the Riverside Expressway replaced with a tunnel and the riverbank restored, but it’s good to see someone putting out ideas like this. Buying a new house in North B. Tips, tricks, random info?
