Dear Brisbane, I hope you can help me with an annoying computer problem.

In the past couple of weeks while browsing Reddit I keep getting an annoying yellow banner at the top of the page. It tells me that a web page is slowing me down, and gives me options to wait or to stop it. If I click on wait nothing really happens and the same yellow banner pops back up. ( not sure if it’s called a banner, it’s a yellow bar across the top of the page ) If I click on stop it, then the whole Reddit page returns to the top of that page. I keep having to do this option causing me some aggravation. I have a fairly new laptop and it didn’t do this to start with, just recently. I’m running Norton Antivirus. Room for rent valley $230/wk

There is a branch hanging off a line going to my house which is causing an extreme sag in the line. But no one wants to admit it is their line

My neighbor’s tree is hanging on the line. I got out Energex or whoever owns the power lines and they only cut it away from the power line not from the other line which they claim was Telstra. He even said it said Telstra I got out Telstra he then said it was not theirs I then contacted Dodo my provider of phone and Internet they said it wasn’t theirs after coming out so then I tried Optus and then I tried Foxtel so far no one wants to claim this line.
