Quit while on annual leave
I have a bit of a problem Where I currently work I have been treated TERRIBLY since I’ve been here. Like they’ve advertised my job and treated me so poorly that it is actually bullying so I would have quit by now but I’ve held off. I applied for this job, a fantastic new job that pays more and I’m currently shortlisted! Now the trouble is I need to give a weeks notice. I go over to Thailand for two weeks. So my question is would it be really horrible if I resigned while on leave? Is there anything they can do except withhold my pay (which won’t be anything because I get paid weekly. I am calling fair work today but I’m at work now and just want to know what I can do and if there are any repercussions? submitted by /u/Jmose93 [link] [comments]
Powerful winds in Clayfield. Railway pde currently blocked off because it's too heavy for me to move. Sorry.

Local Flash Flooding Reports Thread
I’m thinking we should all post any reports of local flash flooding in here. I’ve no confidence in Translink’s ability to inform commuters, so I’d like to get early warning about road and rail closures! submitted by /u/anonymousidiot397 [link] [comments]
