The 100969th "Help with my real-estate issue" thread

Hey guys, Here’s the situation: Approved to move into new house Negotiated with real-estate to only sign the contract, if the owner installed 3x flyscreens into bedrooms, no timeframe specified 🙁 This was all negotiated, and agreed, in writing This was 3 weeks ago Since then: We’ve emailed them back and forth in excess of 15 times They constantly avoid the question of flyscreens, but will answer any other question we have The agent is continually “not in the office now” to take phone calls What I’ve done: Spoke to RTA, they advised I “can specify a fair amount of time to install (say two weeks), then issue a notice to breach (or something)”, and possibly lodge a dispute to get rent reduction or something. What would you do?: What timeframe is reasonable? Keep in mind they’ve had 3 weeks to get them installed What else would you do, or
