Places to buy e-cigarette in Brisbane?

Trying to kick the old durries but the thing I really miss about cigs is going and standing outside in the cool night air and having a couple of minutes to ones self. Tried it just without a cigarette but its just not the same. I know that you can’t get nicotine in e-cigs in aus, but worth trying anyway I think. Can anyone recommend a place to go and buy an e-cigarette tomorrow (ie before the long weekend). Any recommendations for types? Id prefer a subtler one, as opposed to some of the bigger ones that look like you’re giving a robot a blowie. submitted by /u/Whisky-354 [link] [comments]

Did not submit my eligibility for Jury duty – very worried

I have been moving house these last few weeks, and stumbled upon a letter from my old residence asking me to attend jury duty. It advised I had to submit my eligibility by the 10th of March to be placed in the second ballot to be potentially selected for a case started April 10th. I have a legitimate reason I could not have attended, however I doubt they will be interested eligibility after the cut off period, and with having just moved over the last few weeks I genuinely have not seen the letter until just

SO needs a manual car for practice (preferably Northside)

My gf is in her final year as a paramedic student and job applications with the QAS are coming up very soon. The problem is, it’s very likely that if/when she gets a job she’ll be sent somewhere rural where all ambulances are manual and she can’t drive manual. She’s been taking lessons but it’s slow going lol and she doesn’t have any access to a manual outside of her lessons (I don’t have a manual either). If there is anyone, preferably northside, who owns a manual and would be willing to let us borrow so she can practice, please let me know. It would be 1-2 times a week for the next 3-4 weeks. Compensation can be discussed. submitted by /u/roastedbread [link] [comments]
