Hi, I may be moving to Brisbane some time in the next couple months and would really appreciate some insight in any specific areas that seem to have reliable high speed internet. I am hoping to stream some stuff on twitch so a place that has 4-6mbps Upload speed would be much preferred if anyone can be that precise. Does Council have the power to stop people who deliberately let old houses get run down with the intent to then apply to demolish?
According to my local Councillor “Council has not power to do anything about properties that are left to run down unless there is a public safety issue.” I thought there was some sort of necessary maintenance by-law for pre-1911 dwellings?
