Peak hour commuters – pls move to the middle of the carriage

I get off just before the city and have to squeeze through dozens of people blocking the door just to get off. If you’re getting off in the city, just move to the middle of the carriage so there’s room. Oh and when the train is packed and you are standing next to the door, just step off for ten seconds so people can get out rather than standing there awkwardly making them squeeze past Let’s make commuting decent again. I don’t get how it took over two hours on the phone for agent 10 (likely closer to 30 overall

Looking for some advice

Some context, I’m 28 years old and I am the 2nd in charge of a store at one of the biggest retail stores in Australia. My job is pretty straight forward and I would say I perform it very well. I would rate myself an 9/10 and this is backed up in my performance reviews. I have been pushing for my own store for about 3 years now and the area manager has supported me in pushing my case as he believes I am capable which I appreciate. However I get the feeling his boss does not agree
