Just had an inspection done by our dodgy real estate, got a few questions.
This happened last time as well, they obviously went through our mail. We keep it neat and tidy on the shelf and both last time and this time it was not on the shelf, but on the table. A different person came, the owner of the real-estate, not the property manager. It said clearly on the inspection notice that the property manager, let’s call her Jessica, would enter. (edit, real-estate company) The shed that they provided was not water-proof and was unsecured.
