Advice regarding eviction

Hey everyone, Staying at share house in Robertson, had room with my girlfriend, other two friends stayed upstairs and one 35 year old married chinese couple lived there for 4 years. They were unhappy, want house to themselves and exaggerated everything to get us kicked out. Recorded friends walking up the wooden stairs and photographed us cooking and being loud with the pans. Landlords friend who managed the place said married couple said that if the four of us dont move, they will. Owner chose to evict the four of us so they could stay. Always told us he was too poor to fix the stuff and had ant problem but could afford us to leave and just have one room rented.. (?) Legally, what is the procedures they’re meant to do. No bond, no lease, nothing signed. Is it legal to evict us with 14 days notice? cheers. submitted
