Where can I go for financial advice that is non-bias from commissions? Is there any such things?

I am terrible with my money. I need help knowing what to do with my savings. Help to combine all my super accounts into one to save fees. Plus other such things. Where could I go? Where to sell 2ndhand clothes? (ladies)

I have about 15 items of modern clothing eg going out dresses etc Theres the suitcase rummage but most of these are worth $20+ OR theres the SWOP boutique for cash/store credit in west end.
