Coming to Brisbane in 3 weeks. What to do and what to expect?
Hi all, As the title says, I’ll be coming to Brisbane in 3 weeks time. I’m travelling from Canada, so my first question is obviously about the weather. Right now in the part of the country I live in, it’s starting to warm up – mid to high 20’s, occasionally low 30’s. What is the weather typically like in Brisbane in June/July? Second: What to do? I’ve got 22 days in Brisbane and I want to make the most of it, try all the beers and have a blast. Edit: Are there any good shows in Brisbane from the 30th of June until the 15th of July? Help! My eggplant is infected.
Hello! I have started a balcony veggie garden and everything other than my eggplant is going great. My eggplant looks like its doing well and it gets flower buds but they die pretty much straight away. There are little green bugs all over the leaves. These aren’t on any of my other plants (corn, tomato, basil, sweet potato, lemon tree and rosemary). I live in a building with assholes as my upstairs neighbours. What can I do ?
So to clarify, I live on the ground floor in a new apartment block. Because we’re the lowest floor, we have a little bit extra of balcony space. However, recently I’ve found out that people from higher levels keep dumping their cigarette butts down. I can’t really pinpoint which floor are they dumping down from, cause there are literally a dozen floor above us. We tried to talk to the management but they didnt do anything. Yesterday it got even worse, it was sunday we were trying to eat outside in the balcony, and there were someone poured some water down from above. It was not a lot but it totally ruined our dinner. To be clear, we were not partying or making noise or anything, there are only 3 of us in the apartment here. Honestly I just think this is atrocious. What kind of scumbags dump shit down
