Escalating issues with a shitty roommate, help?
Hi, throwaway as I don’t want this connected to my main. Long story short: Male professional student, early 20s, moved into this apartment in January (lease takeover), renewed for 6 months in March on a co-tenancy. roommate initially appears friendly until I refuse to reconnect her with her ex [a classmate of mine that I don’t personally know]. she then turns batshit crazy and initiates an escalating series of passive-aggressions in the apartment (e.g. leaving her dishes unwashed, leaving the TV on then leaving the apartment, not letting me use the laundry facilities by putting her clothes in there and running cycles constantly). A series of arguments were had between us from early May and is currently ongoing. She has insulted my guests on multiple occasions.
