Anyone with experience in job applications at Queensland Rail?

I’m putting the feelers out to see if anyone on Reddit here has had experience in applying for jobs at QR. Specifically curious about the time frame for applications and when they would send their thanks but no thanks type emails. I’ve found 4-6 weeks from application to accepting offer, nothing that specifies unsuccessful notification however. submitted by /u/QR_Applicant_QLD [link] [comments]

I hate Government Housing :(

Sooo, my mum died on the 8th of june this year at age 41 (no father of any of us living with her). My 6 younger siblings all lived her, i had moved out at 19 and lived with a friends family for a few years, but due to her death had to move back in. Reliable cars?

I’m looking for a reliable car that’s under $4500 (probably no such thing) I only want a car so that I can get to work easier, I prefer it to be small, reliable and good on fuel. I was looking at a Hyundai Accent 2005 has 128,000kms on it. Should I consider this car or look for something else? submitted by /u/Blue_Diamond25 [link] [comments]
