Help with Sega

My parents have an old Sega Mega (i think) in storage. It works, I have tried to use it with an old analog TV they have but no luck. My Mum has mentioned a few times that she would love to play it again with the grandkids. I wanted to surprise her and set it up for her over her holidays. Can anyone help me out? I’ve tried looking around but can’t find much. submitted by /u/getoutofitcat [link] [comments]

What can be done to make nudism more popular in Brisbane?

I am a Brisbane nudist advocate, and I have been into this lifestyle since 1990. However, the local movement here is very fragmented and seems to consist mainly of ageing baby boomers and top end Generation Xers, many of whom are single guys. My questions are: what can be done to get more solidarity in the movement, and what can the local clubs and venues like Pacific Sun Friends, Balkaz, and Aquarius do to get the masses (especially younger people and families) interested in attending? I have been organising nudist meets at my place in the past, but they have only had a handful of people attend, most usually on a one-off basis. If anyone is interested in taking part in nudist activities, then check out the FB group https://www.facebook.com/groups/brisbanenaturists and the community page https://www.facebook.com/brisbanenaturists submitted by /u/dariowestern [link] [comments]

Thank you

Hey guys, just wanted to say thanks for your support earlier this week when I had a meltdown. I won’t name people individually, partly because I’m on my phone and I don’t know how to, but also because there are too many to list. Unfortunately I deteriorated pretty badly by about midday, and had a nice little ride to Psych Emergency in an ambulance. Big shoutout to the two gorgeous and patient paramedic ladies who took care of me without any judgement. Ditto to the doctors at my workplace medical centre. I wish I could say things are a-ok now, but they’re still pretty messed up; but I’m awake this morning, and heading off to group therapy in a few minutes to continue fighting this nasty thing that’s been a part of me for the last 20 odd years. So thank you, interweb strangers, I am humbled and appreciative of

Man around Lutwyche/Windsor who wears a white wife beater, glasses and lipstick

Similar to the post in this sub about the man with the red hat in Bulimba. Has anyone had experience with this guy? I have seen him in the area a lot around Lutwyche Road and the Windsor train station, and on the train. He often acts quite aggressively, doesn’t attempt at all to deviate his path when he is walking somewhere, so people have to get out of his way, and makes quite a lot of aggressive, threatening remarks to people. He is certainly strange, He doesn’t put in much effort to cross-dress or be a female impersonator, other than the bright red lipstick. He combines that as I said, with a white wife-beater, so it is a strange look. He seems to have been increasing in his agitation and aggressive behaviour recently. submitted by /u/Need_More_Gary_Busey [link] [comments]
