Shitty Roommate Saga Part IV: Questions, questions, and more questions.

Not much has happened since my last update, as the roommate has moved out with 80% of her possessions and gone largely incommunicado with both Property Management and I. I’ve consulted legal counsel and so far documenting everything appears to be the correct course of action. We’re currently paid up to July 7th, but I assume she won’t be paying rent beyond that, as she’s demonstrated a history of yknow…not paying rent. My strategy to mitigate my losses is to sublet out my room while I move somewhere else for a couple weeks, I’m leaving the country (temporarily) in mid-July anyway, so this’ll most likely work out. However…I’m also considering subletting her bedroom out, as she’s moved 80% of her stuff out of the apartment. Property Management has given me approval to go ahead with this. Hello Fresh doorknockers

So we have had HelloFresh door-knocking in Petrie 3 times in the last few weeks. Each time we have politely and directly and told them to nick off and not come back. Has anyone else had these kinds of issues with them? The couple today were really good and professional about me providing feedback, so kudos to them. Has anyone seen the new Domestic violence awareness ads.
