Hi everyone. I’m wondering if anyone had been successful in evicting a housemate? They are not on the lease They were an approved tenant by the real estate agent, however that expired last month. I’m trying to replace my name on lease and they are making new applicants feel very unwelcome, causing me issues in finding a replacement. Any tips or advice?
