A bloke who lied & sweet talked us into lending him money for vehicles & his business was issued QCAT default decision. He disappeared for 4 years, unable to be found through extensive searching by us. We only recently spotted his car at a property which we expect he rents. It’s evident that he is spending thousands of dollars on depreciating items, etc. I’m trying to get a reply from the bailiff to see if I have enough proof for the debtor’s ownership of vehicles, so that they can be seized. Any other help/comments/PMs would be appreciated.
